People often ask what do you do all winter? Or they ask is there anything to do in Cape May over the winter?
The answer is emphatically yes!!!
There is so much to do in the winter that some days or nights it’s tough to choose between A, B or C. And if you’re like me you try to figure out how to do all three. President’s Day Weekend and Valentines Day are fast approaching and mark an unofficial halfway mark of winter.
Presidents Day Weekend alone there is at least seven things to do off-season in Cape May. So many that Cape May dot-com created its own web page called LoveCapeMayWeekend.com .
Our list of favorite things to do in the winter:
Sunday February 14th: The Cape May Chamber of Commerce Chili Chowder Challenge at the Grand Hotel Ballroom.
Saturday and Sunday: Crafts and Collectibles Weekend.
Any given Sunday night is open mike night at the Mad Batter Bar in the Carroll Vila Hotel.
Visit the Cape May County Zoo. One of the best in the country.
Take in a show at Elaine’s Dinner Theater. Downton Stabbey is returning to the stage.
The East Lynn Theater puts on a great Sherlock Holmes program March 18th and 19th. 
The annual Singer Songwriter Conference comes to Cape May in March.
That’s seven things to do off-season in Cape May. But who is counting, how about visiting the local Cape May Brewing tasting room and try a one-off or their latest release.
You can also relax at any of the local spas and salons, taking time for a little TLC! Sea Spa at Congress Hall, Accent on Beauty Salon & Spa, Cape May Day Spa, Artizans Salon, The Well Center for Massage.
