Where do we run to from here?

I started this blog back in March of this year, after soliciting the opinions of favorite bloggers on platforms etc. Not really sure where it would and still will lead. The blog exercises of Lorelle on WordPress have been instructional and encouraging. Occasionally, I even wonder if I should even be doing this. Once I  bought a violin because I wanted to play the fiddle. When I realized that I simply enjoyed Irish music and should just listen and appreciate it, I gave the violin away.

This morning I stumbled upon a blog about marathon running, that was also about working in my home town as much as it was about running. The Scott Langdon Project was an article originally published in Exit O (Zero) Magazine back in November of 2011.  Scott’s blog took us on a run through Cape May and had some insight into some of the shop owners of our town. I had been struggling for content ideas to keep my blog fresh, and Scott’s post gave me inspiration to realize that blogging for me is like a marathon. The ideas will come if I keep at it step by step.

I expect to share more about living in Cape May, Golden Retrievers and whatever else “blogs” my way!
