Every Vacation Needs a Plan B

The suitcases are packed, the kids are excited, the reservations are made. But the forecast is calling for rain.

Don’t call the hotel or motel and ask what the cancellation policy is, just because the weather man is giving a less than perfect forecast. Instead have a plan B. Fortunately the guests of our motel already have plan B’s ready for them.

Below is just a short example of the many things to do or see in Cape May. Whats on your list?

My favorite thing to do in the rain at Cape May is to sit in a sheltered spot, like under the cover of the balcony or in the Sunset Pavilion, and read a good book. It’s the most relaxing thing in the world! I also love to swim in the rain (pool). I know neither sound very exciting, but they are exactly what I need on a vacation.

This is why guests keep coming back to the Victorian Motel. They know that their needs will be taken care of no matter what the weather. Thanks for the attractions list.

Even though my child is grown, I still make Plan B lists for my vacations. Thank you – this is so comprehensive and some is usable even if you aren’t visiting Cape May.

Thank you so much Alana. We use to travel to Syracuse quite often to visit my mother in law. Passed through Johnson city outside Binghamton often. Plan B’s work not matter where. There’s always lake effect snow to deal with.
