Surfers surfing Matthew waves Cape May after Sunday’s soaking rain. Surfers wasted no time getting into the churning Atlantic Ocean at Steger Beach on Sunday afternoon. Some youngsters and some old guys demonstrating their ability caught waves that were clearly overhead. Bastard Sons of Captain Mey frontman Chris Gillan-Schwartz displayed great skill and admitted to having so much fun out there. Chris even made it to the Mad Batter later Sunday night for open mike night and played a set of songs.
